Former athenahealth, Catalant, Press Ganey, and naviHealth leaders join Pearl Health to supercharge efforts to empower physicians in Medicare’s value-based care programs.

Pearl Health is accelerating its path to empower and enable primary care physicians in Medicare’s value-based programs with increased autonomy, outcomes-aligned incentives, and actionable insights to provide the best care possible.

To do this, we’re building a world-class team to join us on our journey to bring humanism back to healthcare. Each member of our team plays a critical role in designing, building, and driving adoption of our solutions for unlocking the latent value in empowering physicians. Not only will new members help us achieve our goals faster, but we’re also proud to say that each addition to our team is deeply consistent with our values of hiring genuine, mission-driven, and conscientious colleagues.

To that end, we’re thrilled to welcome a new cohort to the Pearl team this September! New team members bring deep experience across Growth and Marketing, Product, Data Science, UX Design and Market Success. As we scale our organization to help an ever-growing number of physicians perform in value-based care programs, it’s our core belief that talent drives not only our success, but also the success of our doctors and their patients. We’re bringing together the best minds in product, design, growth, and data to help unlock a better future for primary care.

Since Pearl’s Series A funding led by a16z (link), we’ve continued to build out our team, payor partnerships, and physician network. As we accelerate expansion, we’re investing heavily in our product and user experience for physician practices — all aimed at helping them escape the unrewarding, burdensome experience of Fee-for-Service (FFS) and thrive, enabled by technology in value-based models.
