Gabe Drapos

Chief Operating & Compliance Officer

Gabriel oversees operations and compliance at Pearl Health. Before joining the team, he was a product leader at Centivo, where he successfully spearheaded market launches across five states in partnership with 14 regional health systems. Gabriel was also an early employee at Oscar Health, serving in versatile leadership roles including Director of Product Operations, Chief of Staff, and Interim Head of Marketing. He earned his A.B. in Philosophy from Harvard University.

Jennifer Rabiner

Chief Product Officer

Jennifer leads product strategy and development at Pearl Health. She brings deep value-based care expertise from her time as a product leader at Hint Health and athenahealth. Her background also includes healthcare revenue cycle optimization and system implementation at Deloitte Consulting and Triage Consulting Group, as well as pharmaceutical reimbursement at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. Jennifer holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from UNC Chapel Hill and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.

Matt Solnit

Chief Technology Officer

Matt serves as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over two decades of technology and leadership experience to Pearl Health. He previously served as Senior Director at Akamai Technologies, where he managed global engineering teams across multiple product lines. Before that, Matt was a founder at SOASTA, which was successfully acquired by Akamai in 2017. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Dennis Weaver, MD, MBA

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Weaver oversees clinical strategy and innovation at Pearl Health. He previously served as Senior Partner and Value-Based Care Leader at Chartis, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Oscar Health. A board-certified OB/GYN, Dr. Weaver spent his early career as a physician and healthcare leader within the Air Force and Department of Defense. He earned his MD from the University of Iowa and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Steven Duque

Chief Business Officer

Steven drives business strategy and growth as Pearl Health’s Chief Business Officer. He previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Catalant Technologies, where he developed go-to-market strategies that helped fuel over 40% year-over-year revenue growth. Steven’s extensive background also includes serving as VP of Product and Marketing at Happie, along with leadership roles at Intuit and Bullhorn. He received his A.B. in Philosophy and Sociology from Harvard University.

Matt Kolpin

Chief Financial Officer

Matt joined Pearl after serving as Chief Financial Officer of VillageMD, leading financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation. Before that, he held finance leadership roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, including Vice President of Finance for its U.S. Healthcare segment. Earlier, he worked in corporate development, M&A, and corporate strategy, starting his career in investment banking. Matt holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth and a BBA with Honors in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa.

Dennis Hillen

National President

Dennis serves as National President at Pearl Health. He brings over a decade of healthcare leadership from Humana, where he directed finance, innovation, and transformation initiatives that helped shape the company's value-based care strategies. Most recently, Dennis managed the market P&L organization at Oscar Health, helping guide its transition from a high-growth startup to a public company. He holds a BBA from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Indiana University SE.

Ashley Southerland

General Counsel

Ashley leads legal, regulatory, and policy counseling on digital health and technology issues for Pearl Health. She joined the company from an early-stage healthcare provider serving Medicare patients in rural America, where she was VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. She previously held roles at the American Medical Association and Crowell & Moring LLP, and clerked for the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School.

Patrick Mauro

Chief Data Science Officer

Patrick guides Pearl Health’s data strategy, building quantitative frameworks to optimize healthcare delivery. He honed his skills in statistical analysis and distributed computing as a high-frequency trader at Hudson River Trading, leading a team focused on US and European equities. He has also consulted across diverse industries ranging from biomedical engineering to food rescue. Patrick holds an A.B. and an S.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Harvard University.

Christina Langmack

Chief of Staff

Christina serves as Chief of Staff at Pearl Health, driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Prior to Pearl, she was a Manager at Bain & Company, leading healthcare strategy and M&A engagements for corporate and private equity clients. She also managed healthcare investments and global partnership efforts with WHO and UNICEF at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Christina holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Lindsay Knapp

Interim Chief Performance Officer

Lindsay brings a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to patient-centered innovation to Pearl Health. She previously led the launch and growth of Strive Health's at-risk Medicare Advantage Primary Care model, led operations and strategy at the SCCA Proton Therapy Center, and advanced provider experience initiatives at Premera Blue Cross. She holds an MHA and BA in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Washington.
