Vineeta Agarwala, MD

Vineeta Agarwala, MD

Board Member

Vineeta Agarwala, MD, PhD, is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where she leads investments for the firm’s bio fund across therapeutics, diagnostics, and digital health, with a focus on companies that are leveraging unique datasets to improve drug development and patient care delivery. She also serves on the board of BigHat Biosciences.

Prior to joining a16z, Vineeta has held many different roles in the healthcare space: as a physician taking care of patients; as an operator at tech-driven healthcare companies; and most recently as a venture investor on the GV (Google Ventures) life sciences team, focused on biotech companies with a data-driven approach. Previously, she was an early data scientist at Kyruus; a management consultant for biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients at McKinsey & Co; and a Director of Product Management at Flatiron Health, where she led the company’s partnership with Foundation Medicine to integrate real-world clinical and genomic data into national-scale database products to accelerate drug development and research in oncology. She has collaborated with academic researchers at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and the Broad Institute, where she did graduate work in computational biology and human genetics.

Vineeta holds a B.S. in biophysics from Stanford University, and MD and PhD degrees from Harvard Medical School / MIT. She completed her clinical residency at Stanford, and is board certified in internal medicine. Vineeta continues to see patients at Stanford as an adjunct clinical professor in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health.

Jeffrey De Flavio, MD is co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Pearl Health. He is an Entrepreneur in Residence at AlleyCorp and the Founder of Groups: Recover Together, the national leader in value-based care for treatment of opiate addiction. Dr. De Flavio’s expertise is in value-based care, clinical redesign and building early-stage companies. He received his M.D. from the Dartmouth College of Medicine and his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Board Member

Brenton leads AlleyCorp’s healthcare investments and incubations. Prior to AlleyCorp, Brenton was an executive at Flatiron Health. He worked previously at J.P. Morgan and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. He is a practicing physician, board certified in Internal Medicine. Brenton completed his residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earning his MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School.

Michael is co-founder and CEO of Pearl Health. Michael served as an early employee and Vice President at Oscar Health, having built their pre-revenue Insurance Plan Sales and Network Contracting systems. He most recently managed the company’s largest P&L at +$2.5B. Prior to Oscar, Michael worked for Bridgewater Associates in the company’s Research, Client Service, and Recruiting departments. While at Bridgewater, he was the Head of Research Analytics where he reported to the CEO and Head of Research. In 2009 he successfully sold DormAid, a college service company, which he launched and ran while he was a student at Harvard. He is the recipient of Columbia’s Feldberg Fellowship, where he received his M.B.A. He received his A.B. from Harvard University.

Kevin Ryan is one of the leading internet entrepreneurs and investors in New York. Alongside AlleyCorp, he co-founded MongoDB, Business Insider, Gilt Groupe, Zola, and Nomad Health, and continues to found new companies with AlleyCorp every year. Collectively, AlleyCorp companies have raised more than $2B in venture capital and employ thousands of people in New York City and beyond. On the investment side, AlleyCorp is one of the most active early stage funds in New York. Earlier in his career, Kevin helped to grow DoubleClick, first as President and then as CEO, leading their growth from a 20-person startup to a publicly traded global leader with over 1,500 employees, through IPO in 1998 and acquisition by Google in 2007. Kevin serves on the board of Mercy Corps, is Vice Chairman of The Partnership for New York City, is a member of the CFR Committee on Foreign Affairs, is on the Board of TECH:NYC and is Director Emeritus for Human Right Watch. He previously served on the boards of the Yale Corporation, INSEAD, the Direct Marketing Association, The Ad Council, HotJobs and the advisory board of Doctors Without Borders. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Gabriel is Chief Operating Officer at Pearl Health. He was previously a leader on the Product team at Centivo. While there, he led market launches in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and Michigan, in partnership with 14 regional health systems.

Prior to Centivo, Gabriel was an early employee at Oscar Health Insurance, where he served in a number of roles including Director of Product Operations, Chief of Staff, Interim Head of Marketing and in a Special Projects role on the Data Analytics team.

Gabriel received his A.B. in Philosophy from Harvard University. He wrote his honors thesis under the advisement of T.M. Scanlon, in which he argued for an alternative moral framework for justifying informed consent in clinical medicine.

Steven Duque is Chief Growth Officer at Pearl Health. He was previously Vice President of Marketing at Catalant Technologies, where he partnered with cross-functional company leaders to design and execute Catalant's go-to-market strategy and messaging, build brand awareness through thought leadership and category creation, and enable sales teams and product-led growth to efficiently generate more than 40% year-over-year revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to Catalant, Steven served as Vice President of Product and Marketing at Happie, in addition to serving in various marketing, sales, and evangelism leadership roles at Intuit and Bullhorn, among others.

Steven received his A.B. in Philosophy (primary concentration) and Sociology (secondary field) from Harvard University.

Jonathan E. Goldin serves as Pearl’s General Counsel. He came to Pearl from a global consulting firm, where he was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of its financial advisory business. Before working in-house, Jonathan practiced law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He focused on representing corporations, directors and officers in litigation relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law issues, regulatory inquiries and other complex civil matters. Jonathan began his legal career as a law clerk, first in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and then in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Jonathan is active in professional organizations, such as the New York City Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. His public service has included membership on the New York City Water Board (and its Joint Audit Committee with the New York City Water Finance Authority), the Commercial Division Advisory Council of the New York Court System, the New York Chief Judge’s Committee on Non-Lawyers and the Justice Gap and the Pro Bono Advisory Committee of the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest. 

Jonathan holds an A.B. from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

Jennifer Rabiner is Chief Product Officer at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl Health, Jennifer served as a product leader at Hint Health and athenahealth.  Her product experience spans value-based care in both the health system and independent provider segments, as well as direct primary care.  Jennifer’s experience also includes healthcare revenue cycle process optimization and system implementation at Deloitte Consulting and Triage Consulting Group, as well as pharmaceutical reimbursement strategy and operations at Millennium Pharmaceuticals.   She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California at Berkeley.

Matt is the Chief Technology Officer of Pearl Health.  He is a technology industry veteran, with 16 years of startup experience and 7 years at Fortune 1000 public companies.  Before joining Pearl, Matt was a Senior Director at Akamai Technologies, where he led global engineering teams for multiple solutions and product lines. Prior to Akamai, Matt was a founder at SOASTA, which was acquired by Akamai in 2017. Matt received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Sujai is Provider Growth Associate at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl, he co-founded NeoHealth, a startup focused on developing pharmacy management software for healthcare workers in sub-Saharan Africa. NeoHealth has won numerous grants and awards including 3rd place at the Michigan Business Challenge and 1st place at the China Business Challenge. Sujai also started a student organization called MedLaunch which designs assistive technology for individuals with disabilities. MedLaunch has expanded to two colleges and created 10+ technologies to assist various community partners.

Sujai is passionate about combining his experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and design in order to address inefficiencies in the healthcare system. He received his degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.

Kara Briggs is a Senior Manager of Network Development at Pearl Health. Prior to Pearl, she worked at Humana in various roles, including physician contracting, provider engagement supporting value-based partnerships and most recently as the product owner for Humana’s population health reporting platform, providing actionable data for value-based providers to impact overall cost of care and patient outcomes.

Justin is the Controller at Pearl Health. Justin was previously the Director of Finance & Business Intelligence at Bonfire, a marketplace and fundraising platform that allows individuals and nonprofits to raise funds for their respective causes and communities. He was responsible for building and managing the accounting, finance and data teams and functions from the ground up. Prior to Bonfire, he worked as a management consultant at HealthScape Advisors, supporting clients on product strategy, business model transformation and adoption of value-based care models. Justin began his career at Deloitte, where he earned his CPA license. Justin received his B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University.

Lana Cohen is the Senior Director of Product at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl, Lana spent over seven years at athenahealth as a Product Leader in the Platform division working on integration strategies and patient engagement solutions. 

She is passionate about enabling physicians with the right information and tools at the right time and place to achieve better outcomes — and in empowering patients to be active agents in their care. At athena, she led the rollout of “login with athenahealth” credential for patients across the athena network and numerous patient and clinician-facing app integrations, including Apple Health and several Payor integrations. Prior to her MBA, she led Product for an early-stage fintech company.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration, with a Healthcare certificate, from the MIT Sloan School of Management and B.A. in English from Clark University.

Before joining our team, he helped stand up provider network functions at MoreCare, a Medicare Advantage start-up.  Prior to MoreCare, he was on the Population Health Operations team in VillageMD’s MSSP ACO and he helped connect patients to key health resources through his time at Lawndale Christian Health Center, an FQHC.  Ben holds a BA in English from North Park University and an MTS from Duke Divinity School, where he was also a Fellow in the Theology, Medicine, and Culture Initiative. He wrote his Master’s thesis on the role of public-private partnerships in faith-based community health centers to deliver more effective and equitable care to underserved communities.

Florian Dahlhausen is a Product Management intern at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl, Florian spent over four years at McKinsey & Company in their digital practice. He worked with clients across healthcare, government and financial institutions to build new businesses and launch user-centric digital services. He also co-led McKinsey’s Fuel Ignition Club in Berlin, building a community of start-up leaders, investors and other members of the tech ecosystem.

Florian is currently pursuing an MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a PhD on digital therapeutics in Germany. He holds a BSc in Management and an MSc in Social Science of the Internet from the London School of Economics and Oxford University. He loves to cook, travel and enjoy the beautiful California outdoors with his girlfriend.

Brittany is a Senior Network Development Associate at Pearl Health. Prior to working at Pearl, Brittany spent two years working in network development at Aledade, focusing on primary care ACO development and expansion in the Mid-Atlantic region. She is passionate in promoting health equity for all, eliminating health disparities among marginalized groups, and introducing physicians to value-based care. 

Brittany received her Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland, where she studied life sciences and public health. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Science in Health Informatics Administration. She resides in Maryland and is a huge fan of the Washington Commanders. Kelly is the Director of Product Partnerships and Operations at Pearl Health. She was previously at Clover Health, where she managed the Strategic Technologies Portfolio of programs for the organization. While at Clover, she led several system implementations and focused on optimizations of the technology ecosystem.

Prior to Clover, Kelly held a number of roles at Arcadia.io, from implementation and account management, to sales engineer. She spent the early part of her career in healthcare consulting, gaining exposure to care delivery systems, safety net hospitals, and government application programs. These experiences ignited her passion for public health and health policy, and her interest in helping physicians better serve patients.

Holly is Director of Growth Strategy & Operations at Pearl Health. She previously worked in Strategy & Financial Planning for Mount Sinai Health Partners, where she partnered with cross-functional leadership to design and implement primary care physician incentive programs tied to value-based care outcomes, created funds flow distribution models for shared savings generated in value-based contracts, and contributed to multi-year strategic planning efforts. 

Holly also built out the financial operations for Mount Sinai Health Partners from the ground up, and led the annual build of the business's $50MM+ operating budget in partnership with company leadership. Prior to Sinai, she worked at an investment bank on the Healthcare Coverage team. Holly received her B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.

Russell Fowles is Head of Technical Operations & Security at Pearl Health. Russell comes to Pearl with expertise in building and scaling security-focused Technical Operations teams from the ground up at high growth companies. He has over a decade of experience in his field and is passionate about securing technical infrastructure in a way that does not impede innovation. 

Prior to Pearl, Russell was Head of Technical Operations at TrialSpark. As the first Technical Operations team member, he laid the foundation for long term growth through the deployment of scalable systems, automation, and workflows. Before joining TrialSpark, Russell was an early employee at Oscar, where he served as the first Director of Information Technology. Other previous experience includes Spotify and adMarketplace where he worked in similar roles.

Although they’ve seen better days, Russell is a die-hard fan of the University of South Carolina football team. A native South Carolinian, Russell moved to New York City a little over a decade ago. He currently resides in Park Slope with his wife and two sons and can usually be found chasing the older one on his scooter in Prospect Park.

Charles is Senior Market Success Manager at Pearl Health. He previously worked in Strategy and Innovation at naviHealth where he designed and launched new programs in post-acute care for Medicare Advantage customers. He was also responsible for working with external partners and exploring collaboration opportunities for naviHealth. Prior to naviHealth and while in business school, Charles worked for two healthcare-focused venture funds, identifying and executing on early-stage investment opportunities in healthcare services and IT. 

The son of a physician and a nurse, Charles has a passion for improving the patient and provider experience. He received his B.A. in Government and History from the University of Virginia and MBA from Vanderbilt University. Outside of the office you can find him jamming with his family band.

Phyllis is the Network Development Manager at Pearl Health. Prior to Pearl, she worked at Archwell Health as their Market Network Manager, where she managed a team across the Alabama region that focused on  provider relationships and data-driven approaches and systems.

Prior to Archwell Health, Phyllis managed healthcare referral processes, provider contract negotiations, and provider & payor relationships, overseeing compliance with government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.  Outside of managed care, while at Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority, Phyllis served as Director of Compliance and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Contracting.  In this role  developed relationships with community resources, served on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Advisory Board, handled Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Department of Labor (DOL) Complaints, and led governmental Triennial Reviews.

Luis is Head of Engineering at Pearl Health. He was previously Head of Mortgage Engineering at HomeLight, assuming that role after HomeLight acquired Eave Home Lending, where he served as a founding engineer and subsequently CTO. At HomeLight/Eave, Luis built an underwriting platform that leverages modern technology to dramatically improve the mortgage experience. Prior to Eave, Luis was an early engineer at Oscar Health, eventually leading the Core Insurance Systems team, which empowered internal teams to navigate the complexity of healthcare and make a difference in members' lives. Prior to that, Luis held leading engineering and architect roles at Zynga and T. Rowe Price.

While there, she redesigned ecommerce monitoring and alerting to focus on business impact with the goal of alerting when, and only when, a business critical issue arose. Prior to edX, Emma worked at Catalant and Happy Software, where she established a new product line, Rehab Pro Direct.

Vishwa is a Product Manager at Pearl Health. He previously worked at athenahealth where he enabled the providers to easily integrate their mission critical devices with athenahealth's EHR by partnering with manufacturers. While at athenahealth, he was also responsible for a developer productivity tool that greatly cut down the time for code deployment.

He received his MBA and MS in Information Systems from Boston University and Bachelors in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology, India.

Peter Jamieson is the Head of Data Science at Pearl Health. Peter has extensive experience leading data science teams in both the healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to joining Pearl, he ran the DS team for Poloniex, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on issues related to security, risk, and financial performance. Before that, he worked as a consultant with BCG Gamma, Boston Consulting Group’s data science and advanced analytics practice, supporting clients in the pharmaceutical and insurance verticals, among others. In addition, he spent several years overseeing athenahealth’s population health and patient engagement data science efforts. He is passionate about helping businesses leverage cutting-edge technologies to make smarter decisions and serve their customers better.

Rebecca Kee is a Data Analyst at Pearl Health. Rebecca has extensive experience as a researcher in health economics and outcomes research, with work spanning multiple disease areas. Prior to joining Pearl, Rebecca was a part of the Advanced Modeling team at PRECISIONheor where she performed data analyses on healthcare claims and survey datasets, and built statistical models and web-based user interfaces.

Rebecca holds a BA with Magna Cum Laude in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently pursuing a MS in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Yael is Chief Of Staff at Pearl Health. She was previously a Partnerships leader at Lively, one of Redesign's oldest portfolio companies. While there, she developed the company's infrastructure for how to enter into the world of insurance and eventually, built out and led all B2B Health Plan partnerships.

Prior to Lively, Yael worked at Oscar Health Insurance, where she served in a number of roles including leading the Single Case Agreement's team as well as being a leader on Network Strategy. In her first few years, Yael was responsible for all out-of-network contracting at Oscar and managing those teams. Alana Levy is a Senior Product Manager at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl, Alana spent six years at Flatiron Health, working in Product Operations, Program Management, and Sales. She was responsible for developing and launching oncology software products that helped deliver quality care to cancer patients, and closed several of Flatiron’s largest software deals with community oncology practices around the country.

Alana was previously on the founding team of Crediyo, a healthcare technology startup that aimed to simplify the financial experience for patients and improve payment outcomes for providers. Prior to Crediyo, Alana served as a Sales Consultant at Oscar Health.

Alana holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, an MPH from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA from Cornell University. A former Division I track and field athlete, she now runs competitively for Brooklyn Track Club’s Performance Team and is hoping to qualify for the 2024 Olympic Team Trials in the marathon.

Michael Monsegur is Head of ACO Operations at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl, Michael served as the Senior Director of the Medicare ACO Programs at Steward Health Care Network where he ran the largest MSSP in the country. His value-based care experience stems from achieving improved quality outcomes at lower costs for over 160,000 Medicare FFS patients annually. Prior to MSSP, he managed Steward’s other CMS risk models, most notably the NGACO and BPCIA. Before working in managed care, she oversaw business development and recruiting operations at Premier Talent where she partnered with early stage companies to develop both agile workforces, and the Operations, HR, Administrative, and Sales talent required to support growth and expansion.

Prior to Pearl, Sean was at Centene Corporation, contracting in the Value-Based Care and Behavioral Health Department.  He started in the insurance industry at Oscar Health, becoming the top broker in the Sales Department before leading the Direct Contracting team in Tempe, AZ.

Sean also worked in value-based care during his time at Trividia Health, partnering with ACOs to integrate software into call centers to improve HEDIS Measures. Afterwards, he created a bundled payment model for vascular and orthopedic surgeons at a San Francisco-based prosthetic startup, LIM Innovations.

Zeeshawn is Director of Network Development at Pearl Health. He previously worked for Apricus Health developing new markets for their DCE program in Texas and Florida. He worked directly with the COO to introduce the DCE model and implement operations with new groups. Zeeshawn entered into the value based contracting arena while working for Southwestern Health Resources, specifically network development of independent specialist groups to the ACO network for SWHR.

Prior to his roles in healthcare, Zeeshawn was a tennis professional at The Greenbrier and Cincinnati Tennis Club. Medicine and healthcare were always in the family for Zeeshawn. His father is a vascular surgeon, and his brother is a sports medicine physician. Through their experiences, there have been many discussions about ways in which healthcare delivery can be improved upon.

Suzanne Velez is the Director of User Experience Research at Pearl Health. Prior to joining Pearl, Suzanne spent four years at Foundation Medicine as an Experience Design leader; while there, she spearheaded deep qualitative investigations aimed at uncovering insights and strategic opportunities to align and better support people with late-stage cancer, their healthcare providers, and their clinical care teams. These research insights informed the design of products and services meant to equip oncologists with targeted genomic insights, enable better treatment decisions, simplify workflows, and improve overall cancer care.

Suzanne brings over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of social science and design, with a particular passion for mission-driven initiatives that can effect systemic change and have a meaningful impact on people’s health, well-being, satisfaction, and overall quality of life. Her work experience extends into the evidence-based design of healthcare environments, the strategic planning of educational facilities to support 21st-century learning, and the design of accessible consumer products that consider people’s differing abilities and life stages.

She holds an M.S. in Applied Research from Cornell University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.

Prior to IBM Canada, Samuel worked as data engineer at Toronto Star, and Scotiabank. These data engineering experiences in different industries have given Samuel exposure to different types of data, as well as different data stacks, from Hadoop to data warehouse on cloud, and DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker and Jenkins.

Patrick learned the craft of statistical analysis and distributed computing while working as a high-frequency trader at Hudson River Trading, where he led a team trading US and European equities.  Thereafter, Patrick has consulted in a variety of industries, from entertainment to food rescue to biomedical engineering.  He is passionate about performing sophisticated analyses of complex data sets in order to deliver actionable business insights and architect advanced computing systems.  When not combing over data, Patrick also works as a mountain guide, where he delves into a far less quantitative but far more tangible world of risk analysis.

Dr. Vinod Mitta was an early employee and Vice President at Oscar Health Insurance, having built their population health and pharmacy programs.

Prior to Oscar, Dr. Mitta was a consultant for The Global Fund, Bain & Company, and the US State Department, leading research efforts on the effectiveness of international health financing methods. His work has been featured in major media outlets including Wired, Public Television and JAMA. He completed his clinical residency training in Preventive Medicine & Public Health at Mount Sinai Hospital and is a practicing medical director with Oscar Medical Group.

He is a graduate of The Harvard School of Public Health, the University of Southern California, and the London School of Economics. He is a member of The Council on Foreign Relations.

Cole Morris is a health tech entrepreneur building life-changing devices at Clear, where he is a co-founder, COO and CFO.

He was previously Vice President of Data at Oscar Health Insurance. There, he led a team of more than 30 data scientists spanning medical economics, product analytics, payment integrity, clinical data science, and business and network analytics. Prior to leading Oscar’s data efforts, he was Director of Care Routing at Oscar, focused on bending the cost curve by better matching Oscar members to high value doctors.

Before venturing into healthcare, Cole was an Investment Team Lead at Bridgewater Associates, where he led a team of Investment Associates providing analytics to some of Bridgewater’s largest clients and wrote investment algorithms in the Research department.

Cole graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, summa cum laude and phi beta kappa.

Ankit Patel is co-founder and President of Pearl Health. He was previously the Vice President of Provider Alignment at Clover Health, building programs and software to engage providers to achieve better health outcomes at lower costs.  Prior to joining Clover, he was a Senior Advisor at the CMS Innovation Center, where he worked on various value-based payment models including the Pioneer ACO program and the Maryland All-Payer Waiver.  He began his career as a health care attorney for an academic medical center.

He received his B.A. in International Studies at the University of South Carolina – Columbia and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Since 2005, Margit Pearson has been managing over $5 billion in investments as well as charitable giving for a few individuals.  She has invested directly in over a dozen companies in the healthcare and biotech industry in their early stages:  seed, Series A, B and C rounds.

She has been CEO/President of both NYSE and startup companies after living and working in Latin America, Scandinavia, Europe and Australia for Mckinsey and Company.

Lauren is the Chief Operating Officer of Kirkoswald Asset Management, a global macro hedge fund with a focus on emerging markets. She leads Kirkoswald’s strategic business initiatives to ensure that best in class practices are implemented for the global team. As part of this role, she has oversight of the marketing strategy, human capital, compliance, public relations, information technology and cybersecurity. Previously, Lauren was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank where she spent 12 years in a variety of roles within the Equities division in both NYC and London.

Lauren earned her MBA from Columbia Business School in 2015 as a Feldberg Fellow and she graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.

She enjoys volunteering for all three of her alma maters in a variety of capacities: fundraising, interviewing prospective students, organizing career and social gatherings, mentoring students and recent graduates, and fostering engagement across generations and geographies. Lauren also serves on the Board of Inspiring Girls USA, an organization that connects girls with women role models to introduce them to the full variety of careers and options in life.
